Joe is easily one of the best agents I have met. We were stuck with this particular property for a while. Fortunately, Joe came in and met all our expectations. He's willingness to satisfy every party is wuite impressive. With his broad range of networks with investors, I was able to sell my house at exactly the price I wanted and alongside he was able to get two more investors for two of my other properties at prices higher than I expected. He took only about a week to find top investors and then afterwards the process went smooth. Would 100% recommend him if you want to sell your property fast at the highest possible value.

Joe was a 2nd listing broker, the 1st one burnt me.
While Joe is a modest and down to earth guy, he is a great professional, that kind of person who does not talk much, but when he does, he puts a lot of weight and sense in his words. He puts the doubts that I have to rest instantaneously. After examining the property with Joe, I immediately had a very comforting and light feeling.
Joe is very polite and responsive. He exhibited his leadership skills when the situation called for it. The transaction would not be completed If it was not for Joe. He followed up with a mortgage banker, the buyer, attorneys and all other parties involved. He created daily status update schedule calls and followed it religiously.
If you want your property sold, don’t hesitate to list it with Joe – great and pleasant human being and a courteous professional.
